We are Kristen Hudson Nichols and Nic Nichols, a husband and wife team of photographic artists. Our goal is to create artistic, timeless, thought-provoking and emotive images that are as unique as the individuals we photograph. We photograph weddings in our own individual style, so you get two very distinct perspectives, through a mix of both film and digital.

Shooting a mix of film and digital, we carefully edit, process, scan and retouch your photographs for the finest quality and most artistic results. Our choice of film, cameras and lenses is deliberate to achieve our particular aesthetic and to tell the most compelling, thoughtful and beautiful narrative. Quiet and unobtrusive during those moments that are best documented naturally, we prefer to work discreetly, with no intrusive flash, directing or staging. We know how important all the details are to you, so they are important to us. With portraits, we work with our subjects to create captivating imagery with an editorial flair and often guide the subjects so that we can achieve the most beautiful, flattering portraits.We only book a limited number of weddings and events per year to ensure that we can provide the best service to our couples.

All film and digital coverage by Nic & Kristen includes a DVD of edited, hi-resolution images to beautifully tell the story of your day. We offer a variety of wedding and portrait packages, and are happy to create a custom package so you get exactly what you want. Weekend Wedding Investments begin at $3500 and include engagement sessions. Portrait commissions start at $250 for Headshots, with Family sessions starting at $300. For couples or individuals interested in Editorial, Fashion, Beauty or Boudoir style photo shoots, we offer the Haute Collection. Of course, if your specific wants or needs don't fall within one of our packages, we will gladly create a custom package so you get exactly what you want and need
